Built for how schools really work

One system for
the whole school day

Attendance, marks, homework, timetables and parent communication in one place that staff, guardians and learners all sign in to. Everything below is built and working today.

Translated end to end

Every screen, not just the sign-in page. English, Afrikaans, Sesotho and isiZulu ship today, and the copy for each language lives in one file.

QR clock-in

Staff clock in and out from their own phone. No fingerprint scanner to buy or replace.

Roles you define

Build roles from a permission list. Every page, menu and action reads the same rules.

Devices you control

See everywhere an account is signed in, and sign any of those devices out.

Survives load-shedding

Lose the connection mid-lesson and the register and marks capture keep working — they save on the device and send themselves when the signal returns. Only those two: everything else waits for a connection, and the app says so.

The product

What a school actually runs on

Every module here is built and working.

Staff attendance by QR

Staff scan a code to clock in and out. A live timer runs while they are on site, and every session lands in a report you can pull by person or by day.

Daily learner register

Teachers open their class, mark the roster and save. Reports come out by learner, class or date range.

Assessments and marks

Set up assessments, capture marks per subject, and publish only when you are ready — nothing reaches learners or guardians before that.

Homework that closes the loop

Teachers post it to a class, learners tick it off as they finish, and teachers see exactly who has and who has not.

Class and exam timetables

Define your periods once, then build class and exam timetables by hand, generate them automatically from your rooms, subjects and teacher availability, or upload them in bulk. Everyone sees their own.

A portal for guardians

Guardians sign in and see their own children: attendance day by day, published marks, homework and every announcement. One guardian can hold many learners, and one learner many guardians.

Announcements and SMS

Post announcements with read receipts and unread badges, or send an SMS straight to a learner's guardians — every message logged.

Roles and permissions

Assign roles per person against a permission catalogue. Routes, menus and actions all obey it, on the server as well as in the browser.

Import from a spreadsheet

Bring learners, staff and guardians in from Excel. Rows are validated and shown back to you before anything is written.

Year-end promotion

Generate year-end results, decide learner by learner where you need to, then promote a whole grade in one pass.

One account each

Everyone signs in to the same system and sees a different school

One set of permissions decides the whole experience — four very different views of the same data.

School admin

Staff, learners, grades, subjects, roles and school settings — plus attendance and academic reporting across the whole school.

Teacher

Their classes and register, their timetable, the marks they capture and the homework they set.

Guardian

Their children and nobody else's: attendance, published marks, homework and school announcements.

Learner

Their own timetable, their homework checklist, and their marks once a teacher publishes them.

Pricing

One price for your whole school

A flat monthly subscription based on how many learners you have — no per-user licences. Collecting fees from parents is optional, and you pay nothing when a collection fails.
